Overview

The Smithsonian Astro Lab Projecting Planetarium is an amazing dual-function planetarium that projects the night sky onto your ceiling, effectively turning any room into a stargazing observatory. It also doubles as a light-up solar system model.

It includes all nine planets and can be switched from one function to another simply and quickly. The Astro Lab Planetarium is an excellent way to introduce children to the wonders of the solar system and the beauty of the night sky. a

Includes: Light unit, printed evening sky dome, rods with planets, light cup and 52-page manual with information on all the planets, our moon, and stars, as well as comets and meteors, and assembly and operation instructions. Four "AA" batteries are required but not included. A small Phillips screwdriver is required for assembly but is not included.
