Shipping Policy - Delivery Time 3-7 Days Worldwide!
Our shipping policy is simple, we strive to deliver all orders placed at RCSLOT within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday - Friday, but not weekends or holidays.
Domestic Orders being delivered within the US will use the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.
Most orders leave our shipping facility in New Berlin, WI within 1-3 business days. To help assure delivery within 7 business days, most smaller packages weighing under 2 pounds will ship with USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail and most larger packages weighing over 2 pounds will ship with UPS/FedEx Ground. *Please note, orders being delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other states, provinces, or territories outside the Continental United States usually take longer than 7 business days for delivery.
International Orders will use USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International (EMS) and include online tracking details. Packages going to Canada may be substituted with UPS Standard and high value packages may be upgraded to UPS Worldwide Express.
International deliveries may take longer than 7 business days because of Customs Inspections, Taxes or Duties levied by the importing country, Government Requirements, or other world events outside of our control.
The declared value for all international packages will exactly match the invoice's order total, not lower.
Flammable items such as fuel, aerosoles and lipo batteries, as well as larger size packages such as airplanes, slot car sets and train sets can not be shipped to Military or International addresses through the USPS.
Local Pickup is free if your Ship To address is in Wisconsin and you choose the Local Pickup during checkout. We will email you to arrange pickup at our shop.
Shipping Charges from RCSLOT are fixed rates based on the total purchase price of an order. Shipping Rates are as follows:
*To help keep shipping costs low so that we can continue offering larger vehicles and kits, if the actual shipping costs are $20.00 or more than what is charged at the time of purchase, we will notify you and charge the additional/actual costs when shipping your package.

Invoices/Receipts are sent with every order so that all manufacturers' warranties are valid.
We guarantee that every product we sell is New in the Box.

We do not sell, trade, disclose, or rent personal information for any reason.
Payments & Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal Payments.
We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Payment is due at the time of purchase for all orders.
Wisconsin Residents: 5.6% sales tax will be added to the order total.
All orders are held and not shipped until payment has been verified and cleared.
US Customers: If your Ship To and Bill To address is different, or if your order total will be over $500.00, click Credit Card Impression Form to print the form and instructions. Also, for any orders with a value over $500.00, the Ship To and Bill To address must match exactly, no exceptions.
If required, we need to receive back via fax or email the completed form with a legible credit card impression before your order will be shipped. If the form is not received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Not happy with a purchase from RCSLOT.com, No Problem! Unopened items still in their original packaging that cost less than $100 can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order, less shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee maybe assessed at RCSlot.com discretion.
If an item has been opened, is not sealed in it's original packaging, or if the original item price was over $100, all sales are final and the item can not be returned.
All manufacturer warranties are valid through the manufacturer outside of our Return Policy and must be mailed directly to the manufacture if the item is defective. Most products include manufacturer warranties and instructions on how to return defective items directly to the manufacturer.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to securely mail items back to us. Before mailing the items back, you must Contact Us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number that will be assigned to your return.
