The Difference of DSM2
While DX3R's intelligently designed ergonomics are usually the first thing to catch the eye, it is the superior responsiveness of its advanced 2.4GHz DSM2 technology that invariably gets hobbyists talking. That is because, in addition to unparalleled freedom from interference protection, DSM2 has a faster response time than any high-end PCM or module-based spread spectrum system. With DSM2, you will be able to hold the line around a track with a level of precision and control unlike anything you have experienced before.

Form Shaped by Function
When designing the shape of the DX3R, Spektrum engineers drew as much inspiration from professional grade power tools as they did front existing transmitter ergonomics. To start, its control wheel can be adapted for right or left handed drivers with just a few minor adjustments. Thick rubber comfort grips on the handle and control wheel are specifically designed with a long A-mains in mind. And because the lower power output requirements of DSM2 can be met with a smaller battery, the overall weight of the DX3R is significantly less than a conventional racing system.

Intuitive Programming Interface
With keeping the DX3R's advanced ergonomics, its software interface is also designed for ease of use. Instead of an overwhelming array of buttons and dials, the DX3R programming functions are accessed and adjusted using a single rolling selector button located within easy reach of your thumb as you hold the radio. You roll to scroll, press to select, roll to adjust, and press to store - simple enough! And clearly seeing all your programming changes is made much easier thanks to the generously proportioned LCD screen that is angled for easy view while holding the radio.

Besides the superior response of DSM2, the DX3R offers every programming feature a pro class racer would need. All programming functions are accessed and adjusted using the intuitive Rolling Selector. In addition, the large LCD screen makes it possible for important functions such as throttle, steering, and brake curves to be viewed graphically so that you can more clearly visualize the adjustments you are making, and how they will affect performance.
