Hangar 9's giant-scale-legal Sundowner Formula 1 ARF is a fast, sleek, agile sport-flying plane wiht an aggressive racing design that looks like it's hitting 100 mph while just resting the tarmac. Its streamlined design makes the plane smooth, precise, and easy to roll. It's an aerobatic sport model perfect for entry-level giant scale racing.

The 1.80 size Sundowner is designed for a variety of gas and glow engines, but it can also be converted to electric power. It's easy to store and transport because of its convenient two-piece plug-in wing. High quality giant-scale hardware and aluminum wing tubes are lightweight, but very durable. It's wrapped in attractive UltraCote and a the prepainted, factory-installed pilot figure is complete with a racing helmet.
