Overview

The Lightning Stadium 2 Pro RTR takes advantage of recent developments in truggy racing to give you all the advantages that add up to lower lap times and more podium finishes! This RTR truck is completely assembled and ready to go, so you can get off the workbench and out to the track fast!

The chassis of the Lightning Stadium 2 Pro RTR deserves special attention because the base chassis has been upgraded to 7075 aircraft aluminum alloy. This special blend of aluminum is extremely lightweight compared to standard aluminum, plus it's very tough and resistant to bending and scratching. Super-strong front and rear chassis braces provide a huge amount of fore-and-aft stiffness. The rear brace is made from extra thick aluminum, keyed to the chassis for extra strength and attaches to the chassis with two widely spaced machined aluminum mounts. The radio tray and middle bulkhead are made from black anodized aluminum to add extra rigidity. The Lightning Stadium 2 Pro RTR also uses a complete set of hex head screws for reliable and secure hardware. You get strip-free and tough hardware throughout!

The Lightning Stadium 2 Pro RTR drivetrain features a bearing-equipped clutchbell, aluminum flywheel, steel spur gear, front and rear center universal dogbones, spiral cut bevel gears, completely sealed planetary 4-gear diffs, tough steel outdrives, universal dogbones at all four corners, and a full complement of rubber-sealed ball bearings. Bringing everything to a fast and safe stop is a pair of cross-drilled steel disc brakes that are clamped with new one-piece calipers with specialized high-strength pads. The brake bias is independently adjustable to give you the best driving feel when you have to brake. The power delivery of the Lightning Stadium 2 Pro is provided by the same 4WD shaft drivetrain used by the US National Champion Lightning 1/8th scale buggy. Shaft drive is the way to go when it comes to truggy racing, because it provides the most durable and most reliable drivetrain available. In rocky, dirty, wet and sandy conditions, the Lightning Stadium 2 Pro drivetrain cannot be beaten!

The big-block 4.6cc Power House Engine with Jump Starter comes bolted into the chassis with aluminum engine mounts, which in turn are mounted to thick aluminum plates bolted into the chassis. This allows you to remove the engine and replace quickly without having to constantly adjust the gear mesh - just unbolt and go!

To give you extra runtime and more fun on the track, the fuel tank is larger than previous Lightning Stadium trucks: 150cc instead of the 125cc of earlier models, so you can get in more laps before needing to pull into the pits! The internal baffles keep sloshing and fuel bubbles to a minimum and the integrated stone filter protect your engine's delicate internal bits.

HPI's powerful Firestorm 10T RTR. Based on the lessons learned from developing some of the most successful monster trucks in history, HPI turned to tenth-scale trucks to develop one with a long list of performance features. Performance Driven Design - Race-inspired features give great handling on all surfaces from open fields, parks, even to your local racing track. The dual-deck design features a 3mm aluminum main chassis and an aluminum upper deck. A low-profile 75cc fuel tank and lay down steering servo help provide a very low center of gravity (CG). A full set of turnbuckles allows you to adjust camber and front toe. The rear toe and anti-squat angles are adjustable using pivot blocks, just like on the high-spec racing buggies. Real oil-filled shocks absorb all bumps and jumps and keep the tires on the ground. Real silicone shock oil is used to provide consistent performance in all temperatures. The shocks even feature threaded shock bodies for easy spring adjustments, and the many shock mounts (3 upper, 2 lower) give a multitude of tuning possibilities. 16 ball bearings provide maximum drive train efficiency for faster top speed and durability. Wide-track suspension and all-new tires front and rear give the Firestorm superb control. Providing extra grip and control are the new square-pin Ground Assault rear tires get the power to the ground and asymmetric dual-edge Front Line tires to keep the Firestorm pointed in the right direction.

The Firestorm is as durable as it is nimble, giving you maximum enjoyment under any conditions! The aluminum main chassis and upper deck combine with the steel chassis brace to make the Firestorm extremely stiff. A dual-pad slipper clutch protects the drivetrain from rough landings, while the 0.8 module clutch bell and spur gear are designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. The transmission features a 4.11 to 1 ratio and a sealed planetary gear differential, allowing you to tune the performance of the truck with different diff oils. Stopping the Firestorm is a fiber disk brake actuated by easy to adjust linkage. The steel center chassis brace provides extra stiffness and keeps the gear mesh between the spur and clutch bell consistent. Steel alloy front axles and rear dogbones take the extreme punishment of bashing and racing in the worst possible environments. Protecting the electronics are sealed compartments for the battery pack and receiver, protecting them from the elements and strategically placed for optimum weight balance.

The little details weren't missed out either. Maximum Speed and Acceleration - Hellfire is extremely light weight and powered by a new more powerful Nitro Star K4.6 HO engine. The new engine is based on the proven HPI Nitro Star K4.6 known from the Savage SS 4.6. The new "High Output" version provides increased horse power and more torque.

Maximum Adjustability - Hellfire offers a wide range of tuning adjustments. You can fine tune the truck to every condition or personal driving style. All important suspension parameters are easily adjustable. No option parts are necessary to adjust the suspension settings and several configurations are possible with the included parts. Eccentric bushings are used for a convenient adjustment of toe in, kick up, anti dive and anti squat.

Rear inboard toe angle adjustments: 2 degrees to 4 degrees.

Adjustable front and rear inboard toe with convenient urethane eccentric bushings.

Easy Maintenance
The Hellfire has been designed to allow for easier maintenance with simplified access to all parts. For example only 6 screws have to be removed to access the front or rear diff without dismantling the main chassis or suspension. High quality hex hardware is used throughout to reduce the possibility of stripped screws. All major suspension components are retained or captured without the use of E-clips. Maintenance is simplified and parts are held more securely in place.

Overview

The GST 7.7 features the largest engine ever used in a RC Monster Truck, the 5 horsepower NX 7.7 engine.

The GST 7.7 features three fully sealed differentials that can be filled with silicone oil. Want to race your GST 7.7 on a track? Fill the diffs with silicone oil and start setting down some record laps. Maybe pulling wheelies and just straight drag racing is more your style. Replace the center diff gears with the included center lock and you can start pulling wheelies till your gallon of nitro is gone.

The NX 7.7 features a revised recoil start assembly, a sharp looking black anodized heat sink cylinder head, and an updated crankshaft that allows for better airflow. What does this all mean for the GST 7.7?? This means increased power and increased reliability!

With the NX7.7 engine, the large displacement offers brutal torque to pull those super high wheelies, climb the steepest hills, or just plain drag your buddy's weak 4.6cc powered monster truck around the backyard.
